In the Arena with a Portuguese Freestyle Bullfighter

Project details: We spent a day at a Portuguese community celebration north of Toronto where the tradition of freestyle bullfighting lives on. Our central character was a leader among his peers and loved by the community. His ease, understanding and love for the bulls shone through as he taught the next generation and defended the tradition. With two roving cameras at the arena, the challenge was making sure we captured the action and the details without missing a shot.
